band uniforms

May 12, 2010 by Amy Rogers (Register to contact)

You may or may not have seen the "2 Make a Difference" report on WBRZ on 5/5 or 5/6 telling how Pat Shingleton is trying to help Istrouma raise money for band uniforms. (Right now, they are just wearing pants and a shirt). In the report, they said that the band has raised $6000 so far and Pat Shingleton sent a check for $3000. The uniforms cost $350-400 each and the goal is $35,000.00. If anyone is interested, the info I got from the WBRZ web site is below. I did not see where you could send money to Pat Shingleton or go by a particular bank.
